Wake Forest Community Partners is committed to supporting the critical work of numerous volunteer organizations in Wake Forest. Our goal is to make a positive impact on as many people and organizations as possible. When sharing resources with multiple grant applicants, our grant capacity may be smaller for each group, depending on the number of applications received. Our goal is to strategically allocate our grant funds each year to support as many organizations as we can, rather than concentrating funds on just one or two organizations.
2025 GRANT CRITERIA
- Proof of expenses/program completion is required before another grant request will be considered.
- All organizations must be a 501c3 organization as defined by the IRS.
- Application filing period: November 1st - 28th
- Decision on grant funding by December 15th
- Organizations will be notified by email by December 20th
- Grants awarded in January – day, time and location to be determined
