A lifelong community servant, leading and working with organizations such as Optimist International, Wake Forest Downtown, Wake Forest United Methodist Church, Silo Glen POA, Wake Forest Woman’s Club, Wake Forest Community Council, New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners. Received multiple awards from these organizations including Double Distinguished President from Optimist International, Clubwoman of the Year from the Woman’s Club and Wake Forest Citizen of the Year. Married to Ken Nagy since 1996, have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.Has been managing successful car shows in Wake Forest for twelve years. |
Ted Wilder |
Owner: Ted Wilder, State Farm Insurance Agency of Wake Forest since 1994.
Claims Adjuster for State Farm from 1987 to 1994. Married 30 years to Betty. Betty and Ted have seven grown children and 11 grandchildren. Car Guy since birth and have owned many classic vehicles as well as many other vehicles. Lisa Hayes |
Long-time Wake Forest resident, has been serving the community for over 30 years. She has served on multiple boards including the Anthony Trentini Foundation, The Wake Forest Boys & Girls Club, The Wake Forest Purple Heart Foundation, Fidelity Bank Advisory Board, the Purple Heart Foundation of NC, Hoops for Wake Forest, and the Wake Forest Community Response Team. She has also spent extensive time planning, volunteering, or facilitating community events that benefit the Wake Forest community. Lisa was instrumental in the start-up of the Wake Forest Purple Heart Foundation and the Purple Heart Foundation of NC and continues to seek ways to volunteer her time to assist those in need. As Organizational Performance Director at the Town of Wake Forest, Lisa focuses on performance, community outreach and customer service initiatives.

Susan Orr |
Susan is a recently retired marketing executive. She has a long history of volunteering and community engagement, having served dog rescue, childhood cancer and underserved population organizations in NJ and NC. In addition, Susan served on several DEI groups in her company’s Veteran’s Inclusion Group and Women’s Inclusion Group. She is passionate about unlocking the full potential of our community constituents and is committed to driving initiatives that result in delivering tangible results. Susan has a master’s degree in professional studies with a concentration in communication and history from Monmouth University. A native of NJ, Susan has lived in NC for the last 12 years. She is the mother of 2 daughters, has 2 grandchildren and 3 rescue pups. Susan loves to travel and has a passion for cooking for family and friends. Susan and Dawn Nakash started out as work colleagues and became dear friends – now for over 36 years.

Crystal Tilley |
Lifelong native of Wake Forest. Crystal loves to help others and serve the community she and her family have lived in all their lives. She has helped with several community activities, car shows, the first “Shark Tank” in Wake Forest, Church activities at Ridgecrest Baptist Church and looks forward to helping with more events in the future. Crystal is branch manager of Benchmark Community Bank. Crystal has been married to her husband Chris for 23 years and has two amazing daughters, Madison 16, and Bayleigh 9, they both love to be involved in any activity their mom is doing.

Ken Nagy |
A longtime GM classic car enthusiast, devoted to preserving the Pontiac Motor Divison brand by maintaining and restoring his own Pontiacs, as well as others, to allow driving excitement and endless smiles per gallon. He works in the IT industry, at a company that ensures that the North American freight railroad system keeps rolling smoothly. He has been married to Dawn Nakash since 1996. Has been in involved organizing many car shows and cruise-ins, and was co-founder of the Wake Forest Cars & Coffee event. He enjoys driving each of his classic Pontiacs instead of letting them sit in the garage! Also known as “Dawn’s husband”, he assists Wake Forest Community Partners with their fundraising efforts by maintaining the website, providing social media and technical support. Ken is a member of the Tarheel Tigers Pontiac Car Club of Raleigh, as well as the Piedmont Classic Chevy Club.
